Your job offer must be in a skilled occupation at TEER (Training, Education, Experience and Responsibilities) category 0, 1, 2 or 3 of the National Occupational Classification (NOC). We also assist with Open Work Permits, which allow foreign nationals to work for any employer in Canada without requiring a specific job offer or LMIA.
Requires a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or an LMIA-exemption code. Binds the worker to a specific employer and location.
Allows employment with any eligible Canadian employer. Typically restricted to spouses, recent graduates, or humanitarian applicants.
Strict adherence to IRPA and IRPR regulations. Non-compliance results in inadmissibility or exclusion orders.
