Canadian Work Permits

Foreign workers with a job offer in a skilled occupation have the opportunity to apply to live and work in Canada. Your job offer must be in a skilled occupation at TEER (Training, Education, Experience and Responsibilities) category 0, 1, 2 or 3 of the National Occupational Classification (NOC). We also assist with Open Work Permits, which allow foreign nationals to work for any employer in Canada without requiring a specific job offer or LMIA.

01

Employer Specific

Requires a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or an LMIA-exemption code. Binds the worker to a specific employer and location.

02

Open Work Permit

Allows employment with any eligible Canadian employer. Typically restricted to spouses, recent graduates, or humanitarian applicants.

03

Compliance

Strict adherence to IRPA and IRPR regulations. Non-compliance results in inadmissibility or exclusion orders.
