Spousal & Common-Law
You can sponsor your spouse living abroad (Outland) or living inside Canada (Inland). Inland applicants are often eligible for an Open Work Permit while the PR application is processing.

- No strict Minimum Necessary Income (LICO) requirement for spouses without children.
Parents & Grandparents (PGP)
Sponsorship operates on a randomized lottery system. For immediate reunification, we structure Super Visa applications allowing 5-year consecutive stays.
- Requires heavy financial auditing (CRA NOAs) meeting LICO + 30% for 3 years.
- Mandatory Canadian Medical Insurance coverage for Super Visas.
